Les scramblers sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement tr\u00e8s maniables et procurent des sensations cool \u00e0 faible allure. La jeunesse de l\u2019\u00e9poque a envie de vivre de grandes aventures et suivre leurs propres r\u00e8gles. \u00c0 cette \u00e9poque, le march\u00e9 est principalement constitu\u00e9 de <strong>routi\u00e8res bicylindres anglaises<\/strong>. Ce n\u2019\u00e9tait donc pas l\u2019id\u00e9al pour prendre les petits sentiers battus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Ce sont donc les utilisateurs de l\u2019\u00e9poque qui ont modifi\u00e9 leur machine.<br \/>\nLa recette pour scrambleriser sa moto ? Prendre une routi\u00e8re avec un twin, un grand guidon, des pneus t\u00e9tines et un \u00e9chappement perch\u00e9 pour une meilleure garde au sol.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Normalement, ce sont donc des routi\u00e8res gentiment off roadis\u00e9es. <\/b>Cependant, pour des raisons de co\u00fbt, beaucoup des scramblers actuelles sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de trails (car plus accessible\u00a0et sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 pourvu d&#8217;un monobras \u00e0 l&#8217;arri\u00e8re et d&#8217;une position haute).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/vintage-motors.net\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/59e184964cf208f90b35d39b18349ac7-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1825 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/vintage-motors.net\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/59e184964cf208f90b35d39b18349ac7-1.jpg\" alt=\"base moto transform\u00e9 en scrambler\" width=\"736\" height=\"904\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vintage-motors.net\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/59e184964cf208f90b35d39b18349ac7-1.jpg 736w, https:\/\/vintage-motors.net\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/59e184964cf208f90b35d39b18349ac7-1-244x300.jpg 244w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 736px) 100vw, 736px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>La base id\u00e9ale pour le garage \u00ab MR. Un mod\u00e8le plus fin histoire de mettre en valeur ce gros moulin tout carr\u00e9 pourrait \u00eatre sympa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">M\u00eame si je ne suis pas forc\u00e9ment fan des parties vides sous la selle qui font tr\u00e8s racer, une suppression de la bo\u00eete \u00e0 air me semble obligatoire donc \u00e7a impliquerait une batterie au lithium, des filtres \u00e0 air cornet et un d\u00e9port de l\u2019\u00e9lectronique (pas compliqu\u00e9 vu la simplicit\u00e9 du faisceau, une moto construite pour dur\u00e9e)&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Plut\u00f4t que de laisser ce vide apparent sous la selle, je crois que je pousserai le d\u00e9lire en mettant un peu d\u2019\u00e9quipement \u00e0 cet endroit : utiliser une pelle-pioche pliable pour faire un cache lat\u00e9ral, r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer une vieille bo\u00eete de munition en m\u00e9tal pour faire une bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils coulissante&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">On parle bien d\u2019un Scrambler, non ? Autant en faire quelque chose de fun et de jouer avec <strong>le c\u00f4t\u00e9 baroudeur de cette moto<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Ah pour finir, je verrai bien une ligne d\u2019\u00e9chappement 4\/2\/1 qui remonterait sous la selle fa\u00e7on Scrambler quoi, mais l\u00e0 encore le budget du client sera d\u00e9terminant. modifications sont basiques (les d\u00e9lais de sous traitance pour la sellerie ou la peinture peuvent un peu varier cette dur\u00e9e), mais plut\u00f4t trois mois si on part dans l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019une moto avec un nouveau r\u00e9servoir et surtout une nouvelle ligne d\u2019\u00e9chappement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un ou deux exemples de ce mod\u00e8le transform\u00e9 ?<\/strong><br \/>\nJe suis C\u2019est une moto l\u00e9g\u00e8re et maniable une fois bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9e, moteur un peu capricieux au d\u00e9marrage mais en une 20aine de coup de kick, on apprendra tr\u00e8s vite \u00e0 quel moment d\u00e9compresser pour ne plus se faire avoir par la suite !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une offre sur Le Bon Coin du mod\u00e8le \u00e0 moins de 1500\u20ac ?<\/strong><br \/>\nJ\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 cette annonce, un bon vieux djebel de 1990. Affich\u00e9 \u00e0 800\u20ac avec moteur tournant mais je pense qu\u2019il est possible de n\u00e9gocier l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les pi\u00e8ces que tu retirerais ?<\/strong><br \/>\nJe retourne la question, qu\u2019est-ce que je garderais, en gros :<br \/>\nLe cadre sans sa boucle, moteur\u2026 pour le reste \u00e0 vrai dire je pense que tout serait supprim\u00e9 pour partir d\u2019un cadre brut avec moteur et assembler en fonction du r\u00e9sultat souhait\u00e9 !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les pi\u00e8ces que tu changerais ?<\/strong><br \/>\nPour lui donner un bon look je changerais la fourche, les jantes que je pourrais d\u00e9monter et pourquoi pas rayonner sur 2 cercles 18, le r\u00e9servoir d\u2019origine remplac\u00e9 par un r\u00e9servoir d\u2019honda 125 CG, un bon amortisseur, une belle boucle arri\u00e8re, bref tout est \u00e0 revoir !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les pi\u00e8ces que tu modifierais ?<\/strong><br \/>\nPour moi la seule modification pure et simple sur un \u00e9l\u00e9ment d\u2019origine de la moto reste la boucle arri\u00e8re ainsi que le cadre. D\u2019autres usinages sont faisables mais tout est une question de ligne et de budget sur le projet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c0 combien estimes-tu le co\u00fbt de la transformation\u00a0 ?<\/strong><br \/>\nLe co\u00fbt d\u2019une pr\u00e9paration sur un DR 650, je dirais qu\u2019avec base incluse et en tant que professionnel, le prix finalis\u00e9 se situerait entre 6000 et 10 000\u20ac en fonction des \u00e9quipements install\u00e9s et modifi\u00e9s. Une selle plate, des pneus crampons, un guidon droit (qui \u00e9quipe d\u00e9j\u00e0 toutes les motos d\u2019origine) et notre scrambler est l\u00e0 !<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Les pi\u00e8ces que tu retirerais et que tu changerais ?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">L\u2019avantage est que vous n\u2019\u00eates pas oblig\u00e9 de chercher une moto tr\u00e8s performante, il faut une partie cycle de qualit\u00e9 et commencer par retirer un maximum de pi\u00e8ces ; grades boues, prot\u00e8ge cha\u00eene, selle d\u2019origine, phare d\u2019origine, compteur\u2026 Ajouter des pneus crampon comme les <strong>fameux Continental TKC 80<\/strong>. Faite faire une selle sur mesure par un sellier (\u00e9viter les selles chinoises) <b>c\u2019est la pi\u00e8ce que l\u2019on voit en premier il faut donc la soigner<\/b>. Si vous remplacez le guidon, vous pouvez prendre un CNC Racing, un phare rond dans le m\u00eame style qu\u2019un Highsider. Trouver une moto \u00e0 1500\u20ac pour un scrambler c\u2019est optimiste, c\u2019est possible, mais il faudra une moto seine ce qui est rare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Une moto r\u00e9cente que j\u2019aime bien pour ce type de projets, c\u2019est la <strong>Kawasaki ER-6N<\/strong> (j\u2019en pr\u00e9pare une actuellement), son style est parfait pour cette transformation et elle a un cadre avec un mono amortisseur. Il y a aussi des mod\u00e8les plus vintage que j\u2019aime bien, comme les Honda CB400, les Yamaha XS650 et les BMW K100. Il faudra compter une 40h heures de travail pour arriver \u00e0 un r\u00e9sultat correct, mais en ce qui me concerne j\u2019aime changer plus de pi\u00e8ces et pousser ce type de projet le plus loin possible. Pour le faire par un pro en incluant un bel \u00e9chappement caract\u00e9ristique haut \u00e0 gauche, c&#8217;est du taff, surtout pour retrouver toutes les pi\u00e8ces n\u00e9cessaires pour la remettre en ordre ou les restaurer. revendre sur leboncoin, ou \u00e0 benner !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les pi\u00e8ces que tu changerais ?<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00c9tape num\u00e9ro 1 : chiner un r\u00e9servoir ancien, l\u2019id\u00e9al \u00e9tant de trouver un petit bidon de CB125 ou CB250 des ann\u00e9es 70,<br \/>\nUne fois celui-ci adapt\u00e9, on peut travailler sur la fabrication de la boucle arri\u00e8re et pour limiter le budget, en partant d\u2019une selle custom existante comme on en trouve beaucoup sur le web. On adapte ensuite un garde-boue arri\u00e8re pour y fixer feux et clignotants.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019avant, on se concentre sur le choix d\u2019un guidon ou typ\u00e9 enduro, ou flat track en fonction de la position de conduite que l\u2019on recherche, un petit compteur m\u00e9canique minimaliste sera suffisant, et un phare \u00e0 fixation par le dessous type Bates, et le tour est jou\u00e9 !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les pi\u00e8ces que tu modifierais ?<\/strong><br \/>\nLa ligne d\u2019\u00e9chappement, pour venir y installer un silencieux court et \u00ab lib\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00bb, pour aller chercher quelques chevaux et un son plus cool !<br \/>\nLa taille de la roue avant : d\u2019origine elle est en 21, tant qu\u2019on y est, autant la rayonner en 19, \u00e7a permettra d\u2019installer une monte beaucoup plus styl\u00e9e, et donnera une ligne plus homog\u00e8ne \u00e0 la moto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c0 combien estimes-tu le co\u00fbt de la transformation (le co\u00fbt global environ) ?<\/strong><br \/>\nJe t\u2019ai choisi une config \u00ab a minima \u00bb avec un ensemble tr\u00e8s d\u00e9pouill\u00e9 et un choix de pi\u00e8ces simples, donc si tu fais le travail toi-m\u00eame, compte un budget pi\u00e8ces d\u2019environ 1000\u20ac en entr\u00e9e de gamme (hors consommables)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Combien d\u2019heures pour parvenir \u00e0 la transformer ?<\/strong><br \/>\nL\u00e0, il va falloir sortir le tonneau d\u2019huile de coude.
